By using TruTutors services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

TruTutors provides:

• Educational training programs
• Skill development courses
• Academic support sessions
• Recorded learning materials (if applicable)

3. Enrollment and Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful fee payment.
• TruTutors reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission at its discretion.
• Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

4. Fee Payment Policy

• All fees must be paid before the start of classes.
• Failure to make payment may result in denial of access to classes or learning materials.
• Fees may be paid through approved payment methods only.

5. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to TruTutors are final.
• Strictly no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be entertained once the payment is completed.
• No refund shall be provided for missed classes, dissatisfaction after course commencement, technical issues at the student’s end, schedule conflicts, or lack of participation.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Maintain discipline during classes
• Avoid disruptive or abusive behavior
• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes
• Not share class links, recordings, or study materials without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All study materials, recordings, content, logos, and branding belong to TruTutors and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

8. Class Scheduling

TruTutors reserves the right to reschedule classes if required.

9. Limitation of Liability

TruTutors shall not be held responsible for internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, interruptions caused by third-party platforms, or indirect losses.

10. Termination of Access

TruTutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if any student violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Communication & Confidentiality Policy

• Students and parents are strictly advised not to share personal contact information, payment details, fee discussions, or any confidential business information directly with instructors/tutors outside the official TruTutors communication channels.
• Instructors/tutors are strictly prohibited from directly requesting or collecting:
  • Student or parent personal contact details
  • Fee/payment information
  • Direct payments
  • Any confidential company-related information
• All fee payments, communication regarding enrollment, scheduling, and administrative matters must be handled only through the official TruTutors management team and authorized communication channels.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform for private arrangements, direct payments, or unauthorized sharing of confidential information may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and possible legal action.

12. Amendments

TruTutors may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
